Music Production

As a producer, my goal is to help artists develop a sound that feels distinct to them. I’m drawn to experimentation, pushing boundaries, and creating recordings that capture a specific moment and energy. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time developing my ear through sound design, arrangement, and recording live musicians.

In the past year, I’ve made over 600 hip-hop and R&B instrumentals, which has helped me build a fast, efficient workflow in the studio and in the DAW. I’ve also spent time studying different microphones and recording techniques to better understand what works depending on the context.

My production style is influenced by a wide range of music and recording traditions, from the golden age of 70s studio performances, to the rawness of DIY music scenes, to modern electronic production.

Welcome to my recording and mixing studio in Belmont, MA!

This room is set up to create a comfortable, focused environment where artists can record, create, and make confident decisions about their music. I’ve designed this space to be somewhere in between a basic computer + audio interface setup and a professional studio. This allows artists to not break the bank while still having the tools and workflow to create a professional, high-quality record.
